Sale & Contract
An important early indicator of business is the new sale forcast. We capture by business produc line and regions. Also key important of seperating service from products. At the same time, the sale forecast value and contract validity time is an key indicator for capacity utilization in the coming months.
All key indicators are in the course of control and control of the internal monthly reporting followed continuously and quaterly.
Financial targets for controlling and monitoring
The targets EBT, ROE, Asset-to-Debt ratio and free cash flow, we determine both the HQ and subsidiary for different product line of Well Construction, Well Stimulation and Well Intervention:
• Earnings before taxes EBT, we note the return on sales (EBT margin)
• Using the Return on Equity ROE we determine the return.
• The free cash flow is the balance of net cash from operating activities and investing activities.
• The Asset-to-debt ratio determine company health.
Objective of Management Governance
